Chicago, IL – 31 July, 2017 – Madison Park Group, a leading technology-focused investment bank, today announced that its client, Anju Software, a life sciences software platform, has acquired the ClinPlus assets of DZS Software Solutions.
In 2016, Madison Park Group advised Anju on its acquisition of Online Business Applications (OBA), market leader in providing medical information solutions to the pharmaceutical and CRO industries. Madison Park also assisted Anju in is acquisition of OpenQ in April 2017, a leader in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management.
As a provider of enterprise software solutions for the life sciences industry, Anju’s mission is to build an end-to-end life sciences software platform that spans both pre-market and post-market activities. The company currently provides a comprehensive set of pharmacovigilance and KOL management solutions to pharma, biotech and medical device clients. The acquisition of ClinPlus extends Anju’s platform upstream into the eClinical space.
