History

MPG was founded in 2004. Prior to MPG, we spent several years and more than a few all-nighters working at large investment banks until the Internet exploded and changed everything. We hung up our suits and raised a software-focused VC fund in 2000 – at the peak of the Internet bubble. We invested in several interesting SaaS companies such as Medidata Solutions, an incredible success story growing from 11 employees when we invested to a successful IPO. It became clear that many of the founders we spoke to didn’t have access to the same high-touch experienced M&A and capital-raising services as larger more established companies — and Madison Park Group was born. We are proud of our successful 20-year track record and appreciate the trust our clients place in us.
